What to do if the monthly payment has failed or I have received a new card?

In case the payment has failed, please go to your Cachet account and check if your payment card is valid and you have enough sufficient funds on your card.

In case you have received a new payment card:

  1. Open your payment-card under profile

  2. Select “add new” and insert the new card information.

  3. Remove the old card.

The next payment will be done automatically. If there are not enough funds on the card or the card has expired, the payment will fail. The system will automatically attempt to make a payment every 24 hours. The policy is not automatically terminated if the payment fails and there is 14 days to pay the debt.
