Who can benefit from the feature?
This feature is available for all streams : shared mobility platforms, fleet operators, gig worker companies.
What's this all about?
Our platform makes it easy to manage your team's access & permissions. As an account owner or admin, you can invite new users to your account and control their access levels through specific roles. Here's how it works:
Send invitations to new team members via email
Define their role and permissions when they join
Control which features and data each team member can access and/or modify
Why should I care?
This system offers key benefits:
Efficiently scale your team by setting up adequate access levels
Protect sensitive data through controlled access
How do I invite a new user?
Go to My Account
> User access
> Add User
Enter their email address
Select their role (Admin, Read-only, or Custom)
If Custom is selected, then a popup appears asking to provide the permissions you want to assign for each category (listed below)
Once the permissions are specified, click “Save”
To send the invitation, click “Add”
How do I modify permissions on an existing user?
Go to My Account > User access
Find the user in the list
Click on the “Role” dropdown list next to their name to modify their role
If selecting Custom, click "Edit" to (re)configure their specific permissions
What roles are available?
We offer three types of roles:
Admin: can see and do everything
Read-only: can view everything but cannot make changes
Custom: specific permissions for individual needs
Notes:
You cannot save a “custom role” to reuse it later
Each user can only be assigned one role
Who can manage users and roles?
Only the account owner and admins can add, delete, or modify users and their roles. Other roles do not have permission to modify roles. If you need changes to your permissions, please contact your account owner or admin.
Note: Each user access can be modified anytime by those roles.
What access levels can I specify when setting up a “Custom” role?
The user access management is organized into these categories:
Assets Management
View and manage your fleet inventory, add new vehicles, and access detailed asset information
Account Management
Control your account settings, manage team members, and configure access permissions
Billing/Finance Management
Handle payment methods, manage invoice recipients
Claims Management
Monitor claim statistics, access claims details, and process trip validations
Insurance Management
Review and maintain insurance coverage and policy documentation
Workforce / Drivers Management
Access workforce / drivers statistics & recommendations, add new workers or drivers and access their details
For each category, you can either select a view-only or edit access
Important notes:
A few things to keep in mind:
Each user can only have one role (admin, read-only, or custom)
You cannot set and save "custom" roles in advance, or reuse it
You cannot specify permissions on a more granular level
While all views and buttons are visible to everyone, you'll see a notification message if you don't have permission to use a specific feature
